The booking process is extremely simple and requires only three steps and 5 minutes of your time. 

After choosing the property for rent and the desired dates of your stay, send a Booking request. We will check the availability of the requested property for the specified dates and respond to your request as soon as possible.

The reservation is confirmed after an advance payment in the amount of 30% or 50% of the agreed accommodation price is payed (unless otherwise specified). The rental contract is considered concluded at the moment when VISIT CROATIA receives the paid advance amount. The contract with the owner is concluded and General Business Terms and Conditions are accepted.

You will receive the email with the ( Vaucher ) Booking details.

The Voucher with General Business Terms and Conditions makes a Rental contract between the guest and property owner. It is important that you check the Voucher you receive from us immediately on receipt. Please contact us immediately if any information appears to be incorrect.

Also please check your cancellation policy. Each property has its own cancellation policy. We will be very sorry if you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason. But if you decide to cancel your reservation you will be refunded according to your cancellation policy.

If the property owner or the property manager decide to cancel the reservation because of some serious damages on the property or some other serious problem that is not possible to resolve, you will be fully refunded and we will give our best to find another alternative vacation house for you as soon as possible.
