Villa Fani is a brand-new, beautifully designed villa located in a peaceful area of Supetar, surrounded by olive trees and offering complete privacy. Ground Floor: The ground floor features a spacious, bright living room equipped with a large wooden dining table, comfortable sofa bed, a multi-purpose fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove. From the living room, large glass doors open onto a beautiful terrace with sweeping sea views and direct access to the pool.

This level also includes: 1 double bedroom with TV, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet.

First Floor: Stairs lead to the first floor where you’ll find: A children’s room with three beds and a TV, A master bedroom with a double bed, TV, a spacious bathroom, and a private terrace with lovely views.

Outdoor Area: The villa is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden and traditional stone drywall, one of the region’s most iconic landscape features and part of UNESCO’s intangible cultural heritage. Outdoors you will enjoy: A 10 x 5 m swimming pool (1.5 m deep), A traditional stone grill, Children’s playground area with swings and space for play, Several terraces ideal for relaxing, dining, and enjoying sunsets.

The property is fully fenced, the owners do not live on site, and your privacy is completely guaranteed. The villa has WiFi, solar energy, and a large water tank supply. Parking is available for more than three cars. Access to the villa includes 1 km of main road and 500 m of macadam road.

Nearby Beaches:

Vela Luka Beach – 2 km away. A beautiful bay with a sandy seabed, perfect for children and non-swimmers. It is surrounded by pine forest offering both shade and sun. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for rent, and several kiosks provide fast food, ice cream, and drinks.

Pebble Beach – 2 km away - A lovely pebble beach with crystal-clear water and a sandy seabed. The bay is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and is suitable for both regular bathers and naturists. Parking is available right next to the beach.

Banj Beach – 2 km from the villa - One of Supetar’s most popular beaches, featuring: Giant water slides, A scuba diving center, Lounge and cocktail bars (including the famous Benny’s Bar), Paddleboat rentals, deck chairs, and parasols. The shallow, sandy-bottomed sea makes it especially ideal for children.

Restaurants: Konoba Luč – just 500 m away, offering delicious traditional dishes in a charming olive-grove setting. Punta Restaurant – 2.5 km away, located right by the sea with unforgettable sunset views.

You will be well taken care of throughout your stay, and assistance is available whenever needed.
